The shareholders are keen to build a best in breed business and a state of the art new production plant.
Given the ambitious growth plan and the investors’ targets for ROI, a strong people agenda is required in order to grow the management abilities of the current workforce. Attracting local talent is a priority together with a development programme for both managerial and technical staff to be ready prior to the start of construction of the new plant.
Catalyst is working with the local shareholders and management team as well as the external investors’ team to put in place a performance plan, a recruitment process as well as leadership and management training programmes, across the whole business, linked to both quantitative financial targets and qualitative staff development objectives.
